📌 Service-Based Sales
Due to the nature of our work, all service purchases (such as diagnostics, installations, or consultations) are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or completed.
We stand behind our work. All qualifying services are backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty, covering issues related to the service performed.
📌 Product Sales
All product sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for hardware or software once sold, unless required by law.
However, if your item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We’ll assess the issue and may offer:
